Apart from the awareness campaign on HIV/AIDS for the target groups, we especially provide educational support for the infected and affected children of HIV positive people. The educational supports include, school fees, schoolbooks, uniforms, nutrition, play materials, travel expenses etc. The HIV positive people are referred to government ICTC for ART medicines and nutrition support free of cost. More over micro finance is given to the HIV positives for income generation activities like goat rearing, petty shops, fruits and vegetable vending, mini Tiffin stall etc. For healthy living, yoga and meditation classes are conducted for the HIV positives.

Health and Sanitation:

To promote health and sanitation, VDC constructed 209 individual toilets with the support of the DRDA, Tiruchirappalli under the total sanitation programme. More than 1000 population benefited. Moreover it constructed 11 school toilets for the benefit of the 1600 children.
