Every year VDC has been organizing "National Environment Awareness Campaign" - NEAC on various themes like “Bio diversity conservation”, “Solid Waste Management”, “Climate Change”, “Afforestation”, “Agro Forestry”, “Rain Water Harvesting” and “seeds protection”. All the campaigns included training, workshops, exposure, cycle rally, human rally, van rally, dissemination of information, video show and demonstration. So far 500 farmers benefited through this programme.
